- Application process
- 1) Check eligibility on the official portal. 2) Register / sign in with Aadhaar-linked mobile. 3) Fill the online form and upload documents. 4) Submit and note the application / reference number. 5) Track status on the portal or helpline.
- Offline process
- Visit the nearest Common Service Centre (CSC), municipal ward office, tehsil / collectorate counter, or authorised bank branch with original documents and photocopies.
